SAN ANTONIO, TX – DOCUmation, a leader in office technology and managed IT services across Texas, is pleased to announce the appointment of Doug Vroegh as Vice President of Operations. Doug Vroegh brings a wealth of financial and operational expertise to the role, having most recently served as Regional CFO for Xerox Southwest (formerly Dahill). His deep industry experience and strategic approach will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiencies as DOCUmation continues to scale.
As VP of Operations, Vroegh will focus on optimizing internal processes, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and building strategic relationships. “My role is to enable our internal teams to succeed and to create value-driven relationships with external stakeholders that align with DOCUmation’s long-term objectives,” said Vroegh. He is driven by a commitment to making a tangible impact, developing strong teams, and achieving measurable results.
Vroegh’s financial background, coupled with his broad operational insight, uniquely positions him to contribute to DOCUmation’s growth. His experience as a regional CFO gives him the ability to assess business decisions through both an operational and financial lens. “Having had the opportunity to oversee various aspects of a large organization, I bring a perspective that ensures our strategies are both financially sound and operationally effective,” Vroegh noted.
Outside the office, Doug Vroegh is actively involved in his community and enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife Danielle are the proud parents of two children, Clay (7) and Rory (5). In addition to family time, Vroegh’s interests include weightlifting, golf, and supporting his favorite baseball teams—the Chicago Cubs and Texas Rangers. He also serves as treasurer of his neighborhood HOA and volunteers in the children’s ministry at Oak Hills Church.
