DOCUmation Continues Momentum with Jordan Abshier and Scott Willeford Named 2026 ENX Difference Makers

Written by Liz Morris | 2026

Recognition in this industry tends to follow results. Occasionally, it also finds the people driving them. This year, it did both.

DOCUmation is proud to announce that Jordan Abshier, Vice President of Houston, and Scott Willeford, Chief Technology Officer, have been named to the 2026 ENX Magazine Difference Makers list—one of the industry’s most respected recognitions for leadership and impact.

What the ENX Difference Makers Award Represents

Each year, ENX Magazine compiles its Difference Makers list from peer nominations across the industry. The result is a curated group of professionals recognized not just for performance, but for how they elevate their teams, clients, and organizations.

The 2026 class includes roughly 60 honorees—ranging from established leaders to behind-the-scenes operators—each selected for their work ethic, leadership, and measurable contribution. It’s a recognition that carries weight because it reflects real-world impact.

Leadership That Drives Real Outcomes

At DOCUmation, leadership isn’t defined by titles—it’s measured by outcomes. Abshier and Willeford represent that standard in two critical areas of the business: market execution backed by exceptional service and strategy.

Jordan Abshier — A Career Built Inside the Business

Abshier joined DOCUmation in 2013 as a business consultant after graduating from Abilene Christian University and worked his way into the Vice President role leading the Houston market.

That progression shows up in how he leads. With firsthand experience across sales and operations, he brings a practical understanding of what it takes to deliver consistent service. Today, he oversees day-to-day operations in Houston, ensuring his team has the tools, structure, and support to perform.

His leadership is defined by a few non-negotiables:

  • High standards—held consistently across the team
  • Open, direct communication
  • A culture of accountability paired with support

Abshier emphasizes honesty, commitment, and community, building a team that takes ownership of its work while keeping the customer at the center. The result is a culture where performance and collaboration coexist—an approach that scales without sacrificing service quality.

Outside of work, he spends time with his wife and daughter and stays active in the community, supporting local nonprofits and organizations.

Scott Willeford — Bridging Strategy, Security, and Scale

Willeford brings more than 20 years of IT leadership experience, with a focus on turning complex technology into practical business outcomes. Since joining DOCUmation in 2017, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s managed IT strategy and advancing its technology capabilities.

His approach is grounded in alignment—ensuring technology decisions support broader business goals. With an MBA from St. Mary’s University and a B.B.A. from The University of Texas at San Antonio, he brings a financial and operational lens to IT strategy.

His areas of focus include:

  • Cybersecurity and network architecture
  • Service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Business systems integration, including Salesforce
  • Scalable IT strategy aligned with growth

Willeford holds a CISSP certification and is known for identifying challenges early and implementing solutions that improve efficiency without adding complexity. He also prioritizes team development, ensuring the right people are in the right roles to execute effectively.

A Recognition That Reflects the Bigger Picture

Awards like Difference Makers reflect more than individual performance—they signal the strength of the organization behind them. For us, the expectation is straightforward: deliver results, support your team, and continuously raise the standard. Abshier and Willeford embody that approach, contributing to a company that continues to expand across Texas while maintaining a consistent level of service.
