His consistent performance and leadership qualities earned him the role of Vice President of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) branch. Through each role, Zack has demonstrated a deep commitment to the company's values and mission.

Leadership and Contributions

In his previous role as Vice President, Zack played a pivotal role in making DFW the fastest-growing region for DOCUmation. He oversaw sales, administration, service, software, and IT operations, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality service.

His strategic mindset and dedication to excellence have been instrumental in driving significant growth and operational efficiency. Zack's ability to lead by example, maintain structure, and foster a positive work environment has set a high standard for all team members.

Vision for the Future of DFW and East Texas

As Zack steps into his new role as President of North Texas and East Texas, he is focused on continuing DOCUmation’s growth across both established and emerging markets. His vision includes further expanding the DFW branch while strengthening DOCUmation’s East Texas footprint in Tyler, Longview, Athens, and through Waco by investing in strong local teams and delivering the high level of service customers across Texas have come to expect.

A key part of that growth strategy is helping organizations modernize operations through DOCUmation’s strengths in managed IT services, cybersecurity, and workflow automation—areas where businesses across East Texas are increasingly looking for scalable, service-driven technology partners.

Additionally, his involvement with the Baylor University Advisory Board and the TCU Sales Partner Advisory Council allows him to mentor the next generation of professionals, helping shape future industry leaders while supporting long-term growth for the region.
