DOCUmation was recognized by Ricoh USA with the Top DocuWare Net New Growth Award 2025, on the national level, at the recent Ricoh Dealer Summit Awards Dinner. The award highlights DOCUmation’s continued growth in helping organizations adopt DocuWare, a document management and workflow automation platform that streamlines how businesses store, process, and route information. 
“Seeing this kind of growth recognized tells us we’re solving the right problems,” said Alan Peters, Director of Business Process Automation at DOCUmation. “We’ve been intentional about how we deploy DOCUware—focusing on workflows that slow teams down—and that’s what continues to move the needle.”

Earlier this year, DOCUmation partner Cavender Auto Group was recognized by DocuWare as a 2025 Digital Leaders Award Winner. DOCUmation supported Cavender Auto Group in modernizing document-heavy processes, particularly within Deal Jackets, where manual validation had slowed operations.
With DOCUware in place, Cavender expedited document validation across all levels of the organization and expanded usage into Repair Orders and Inventory workflows. DocuWare Intelligent Document Processing is now being integrated to further streamline operations enterprise-wide.
