Why He Chose DOCUmation for His Summer Internship
Finn first heard about the internship from his friend Travis Baer, a San Antonio sales rep, and jumped at the chance to gain real-world business experience. For someone with a sharp interest in sales and entrepreneurship, DOCUmation felt like the perfect place to build a foundation. He’s approaching this summer with ambition and a mindset focused on turning opportunities into long-term success.

Finn draws inspiration from Andrew Carnegie, the self-made steel magnate and philanthropist whose rise from poverty to industrial powerhouse embodies the American dream. Carnegie’s belief that hard work, education, and strategic risk-taking could transform one’s future resonates deeply with Finn. Like Carnegie, he believes success is built on perseverance and giving back—values that drive his own entrepreneurial and community-focused mindset.

When he’s not in the office, Finn enjoys spending time with friends, cooking, running his own company, and traveling. He values structure and routine, lessons that his internship has reinforced as critical to achieving success in both business and life.
