Year-End Review: Celebrating DOCUmation’s Accomplishments in 2023

At DOCUmation, we take pride in embodying the ethos of “Service that Serves.” This guiding principle shapes our business partnerships, fuels our growth, and fosters connections within our team and customers. It also serves as the bedrock of our commitment to positively impact the Texas community. As we reflect on the past year, we are thrilled to share our achievements, milestones, and the unwavering commitment to exceptional service that defines us.

Celebrating Service, Sales, and Growth

As we continue expanding our reach across the Lone Star State our team has undergone substantial growth, nearly doubling in size. This growth trajectory has naturally prompted the need for new/additional office spaces. In 2023 San Antonio expanded its physical presence by securing an additional location, and DOCUmation Dallas-Fort Worth transitioned to a new office in Arlington this fall.

A growing team not only requires more office space but also means expanding the variety of services offered and reaching new customers.

This year our Managed IT Services experienced remarkable growth, earning the distinction of being our fastest growing division. Under the leadership of Art Clarke, the team successfully launched Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) as an extension of our Managed IT services and began establishing a substantial presence in West Texas.

Personnel Wins: Exceptional Individuals

Co-President, Preston Woolfolk, who oversees statewide operations was presented with the prestigious “40-under-40” award for his leadership in the company and community.

During this year’s Holiday Party we named Ryan Swenson our first-ever IT Engineer of the Year, acknowledging his outstanding contributions, reliability, and innovative approach to exceptional service.

Teaming Up Across Texas

Partnerships are at the heart of our commitment to the community. We are delighted to announce our collaboration with all three professional basketball teams in Texas. These partnerships symbolize our dedication to fostering connections beyond the business realm, emphasizing the importance of community engagement.

Growing Together – Do Hard Things and Embracing “Pound the Rock”

In the spirit of “Do Hard Things,” our sales team engaged in team-building challenges to foster growth.

In San Antonio, they undertook a weeklong fasting challenge, contributing to the San Antonio Food Bank. For every hour fasted, the company donated $10 to fight hunger and feed hope. Robby Brown, Executive Vice President, proudly signed a check for $12,640 on behalf of the San Antonio Sales branch.

West Texas team embraced the concept of “Pound the Rock,” inspired by the book “Atomic Habits.” This philosophy signifies the commitment to continuous effort and progress. Much like a sculptor shaping a rock through small, yet consistent strikes.

18th Annual DOCUelves: Spreading Joy and Generosity

This holiday season, our team came together for the DOCUelves 18th Annual event. We filled our cars with gifts and groceries, delivering them to 81 families in Central Texas. This heartwarming initiative exemplifies our dedication to spreading joy and making a positive impact during the festive season.

Interaction in the Industry

Co-Presidents, Hunter Woolfolk and Preston Woolfolk, took center stage on the cover of ENX Magazine in a feature titled “Texas Tough: DOCUmation Emerges from Trials Stronger and Bolder,” an article covering the growth of DOCUmation and how the duo grew to be young leaders. “

The Copier Dealers Association (CDA) honored three exceptional DOCUmation families by awarding them scholarships, a testament to their outstanding contributions and achievements.

DOCUmation was also featured as an ENX Elite Dealer in 2023, along with being named in the Ricoh Circle of Excellence.

Havana Nights – Cheers to a Successful Year

As the year ended, our team celebrated at St. Anthony in downtown San Antonio. This years holiday party was themed “Havana Nights” and we were not disappointed by the festive attire. The St. Anthony’s elegance made it a perfect backdrop for a memorable evening of gratitude and camaraderie, and the perfect opportunity to cheers to a successful year.

Thank you to everyone who has played their part in making it possible.
