DALLAS-FORT WORTH, Texas (May 2025) — DOCUmation, Texas’ largest privately-held technology solutions provider, announced today that Zack Mahan, Executive Vice President of the company’s Dallas-Fort Worth operations, has been appointed to the Baylor University ProSales Advisory Board.

Part of Baylor’s Center for Professional Selling, the ProSales program is a nationally recognized leader in sales education. As the country’s first university sales center, ProSales combines academic excellence with hands-on experiences like executive mentorship, sales competitions, and student-led initiatives that prepare graduates for successful careers in professional selling.

As a member of the board, Mahan will collaborate with fellow industry leaders to provide strategic insight, mentorship, and professional guidance to students enrolled in Baylor’s nationally recognized ProSales program. The board plays a key role in aligning classroom learning with real-world sales practices, ensuring students graduate prepared to succeed in a dynamic business landscape.

“The goal isn’t just learning how to sell — it’s about helping students grow into confident, thoughtful professionals ready for the next step,” Mahan said. “It’s a privilege to be part of a program that equips them with those skills.”

Mahan’s appointment reflects his commitment to professional growth and developing future leaders within DOCUmation and the Texas business community. Since joining DOCUmation in 2008, he has advanced into executive leadership, now overseeing all operations for the DFW region. Known for his organized, people-first approach, Mahan leads by example to ensure his team upholds DOCUmation’s core values and delivers exceptional service.

This initiative also aligns with DOCUmation’s broader focus on mentoring emerging talent and expanding its internship program. The company actively seeks sales interns across Texas, offering hands-on experience and professional development designed to build the next generation of business leaders.

“Strong university partnerships create real value for both students and industry,” said Julia Norwich, Corporate Partnerships Manager at DOCUmation. “Programs like Baylor ProSales allow us to engage with emerging talent, share practical insights, and build relationships that benefit the students, the university, and the business community as a whole.”
