Growth Mindset in Sales
Ethan hit the ground running—embracing every opportunity to learn, improve, and contribute. Rather than compare himself to others, he measures success by how far he’s come. His ability to stay focused on his own growth has helped him build confidence, take initiative, and stay committed to developing his skills. This mindset has been key to his progress, especially as he continues to gain more hands-on experience in the field.
Finding the Right Fit at DOCUmation
Ethan first heard about DOCUmation through word of mouth—and the feedback was nothing but positive.
“I've never heard a bad thing about working here, whether from people I know who work for DOCUmation now or people who have in the past.”
What drew him in wasn’t just the reputation—it was the chance to learn from professionals who’ve been in the business for years. He came in looking for mentorship and real-world sales experience—and he’s already getting both.
Inspired by Legacy-Builders
When it comes to personal growth and motivation, Ethan draws inspiration from leaders who have built lasting success through determination and vision. One of his biggest influences is entrepreneur Patrick Bet-David, an immigrant and self-made businessman whose books and mindset have been a guiding force for over a year.
“[Patrick Bet-David] is one of the people that got me to commit to a goal of lifelong learning, and has helped me grow over the past year and a half.”
What resonates most is Bet-David’s focus on building something bigger than himself—a business, a legacy, and a lasting impact. Ethan hopes to do the same in his own life through consistency, hard work, and purpose.
Faith, Focus, and a Vision for the Future
At the heart of everything Ethan does are the values that shape his character and drive his ambitions. He leads with faith, a deep commitment to family, and the belief that hard work is the foundation of success.
"I want to inspire my kids to be great one day."
He believes in building a legacy—not just of personal success, but of impact, character, and leadership. That long-term mindset is what fuels his work ethic and shapes how he invests his time now.
One lesson that’s stuck with him: keep your focus forward.
“If you spend too much time looking at what other people are doing, then you're just going to find yourself in the same spot year after year.”
It’s a mindset that’s helped him block out distractions, stay committed to his goals, and define success on his own terms—both personally and professionally.
Beyond the Internship
When he’s not at work or studying, Ethan keeps things balanced by spending time with friends and family, enjoying good food, and getting outside—especially on the weekends. It’s how he recharges, resets, and keeps perspective while working toward his long-term goals.
